FACILITY REQUEST

Kings Avenue Baptist Church allows the rental of certain facilities for non-church events under limited circumstances and for a reasonable fee. Renters must be personally known and sponsored by a member of KABC before any request for facility rental can be granted.

If you meet the above condition and wish to use our facility, please complete this form with the details of your event. When you submit the form at the end, a copy of your request will be emailed to you and to the church office. Our staff will contact you to clarify any details of your submission and discuss the rental fee schedule.

PLEASE NOTE THIS CHANGE: Until further notice, KABC no longer offers Audio/Visual Technician support in conjunction with the rental of facilities. Requesting parties are welcome to bring in any outside AV equipment and operators in support of an event as long as such equipment does not interface with KABC’s equipment in any way. KABC’s permanently-mounted projection screens in the auditorium may be used if the media being projected is done so from a requestor-provided projector. Under no circumstances will renters be allowed to use KABC’s AV equipment without express permission from the church’s AV Director.
